We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part-time store assistant to join our small dynamic team at MyStore Self Storage in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and administration support. Full training on the job will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a face to face customer service environment. They will have the self-motivation to work autonomously when required but also be a positive team player. They will be able to demonstrate basic math and computer skills. The successful candidate will be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience. They will be confident when dealing with the public and carry excellent communication skills and a friendly and responsible attitude.
The hourly rate offered will be between £8.00 and £8.50 per hour depending on the candidate’s experience. Annual holiday allowance will be pro-rata based on the number of hours worked.
The role is for a guaranteed 16 hours per week minimum working on a rota basis. Expected work pattern is two weekdays and one weekend day, although we will be flexible for the right candidate. A full working week will be required in periods of holiday cover as the facility is open seven days a week.
